What counts as an 'active traveller' in your pricing?
An active traveller is someone who has made at least one booking through the platform in the current billing month. Employees who don't travel that month aren't counted, so you only pay for actual usage.
Can we upgrade or downgrade our plan as our needs change?
Absolutely. You can upgrade your plan anytime, and the changes take effect immediately. Downgrades are processed at the end of your current billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted service.
Do you offer discounts for annual subscriptions?
Yes, we offer a 15% discount when you pay annually. This applies to both Starter and Professional plans, and the discount is applied automatically when you choose annual billing.
